These are all currently listed as having two bedrooms, but with over 1000 sq ft to play with and some creative thinking, they could provide some nice value-add wins.

šŸ’” Disagree with the pricing on this one as mid-spec 3-beds appear to be selling for 550k-650k, but with no onward chain Iā€™m sure thereā€™s room for negotiation.

Oh, the dining room. Sorry, but thatā€™s a bedroom.
