Today we’re looking at 2-bed properties that have the potential to turn into a 3-bed, either by extending, re-formatting, or re-purposing.

These are all currently listed as having two bedrooms, but with over 1000 sq ft to play with and some creative thinking, they could provide some nice value-add wins.

💡 A garage AND a garden room……..?

💡 Needs a bomb spending on it but downstairs could easily incorporate a 3rd with the garage in mind, that is if you decide not to extend into the garden.

💡 Weird ground floor layout. Weird 1st floor layout. All before we’ve taken a look a the ‘summer house/basement’.

💡 That garage is ready to go. Needn’t say more.

💡 Disagree with the pricing on this one as mid-spec 3-beds appear to be selling for 550k-650k, but with no onward chain I’m sure there’s room for negotiation.

Oh, the dining room. Sorry, but that’s a bedroom.
