🏡 SOLD! How many of January's properties are STC?

Hello and welcome to today’s edition of The Reno Hunter newsletter.

If FOMO gets to you like it does me, probably best to stop reading now.

As it happens, I documented 69 properties in January, calling out opportunities for each of them in one shape or another.

Turns out, there were a few buyers out there that agreed.

So here are all the properties I shouted about last month that are now marked STC.

As we know, we won’t find out the sale prices on these until they appear on the land registry, so if it makes you feel better just pretend they all sold for way above market value.

Scroll to the bottom for the full count and the hit rate %, something I’ll be keeping track of to know whether I can look myself in the mirror every morning.

= 🎯 20.3% hit rate

No comment on if this is good until we have this conversation all over again next month.
