🏡 5x Weekend Finds 🔍️ - 27th January 2025

Hello and welcome to today’s edition of The Reno Hunter newsletter.

Whilst you were enjoying your weekend, agents across the country were smashing keyboards, uploading new inventory. Thousands of properties come up for sale every weekend - I’ve saved you a job and picked out the best five.

So here are my picks that hit the market this weekend, each in a condition providing great renovation and value-add opportunity.

💡 Why we like it 💡: Undoubtedly a unique find. Would need viewing to understand how low those ceilings are. Would require thorough surveys.

💡Why we like it💡: Value for the area, not many comparables currently on the market. Pink exterior likely to put a lot of buyers off pre-refurb, but you can see past that 😉 

💡Why we like it💡: Auction so price may be misleading, but everything about this one is perfect for an entry-level renovation - it doesn’t look to be in bad structural condition and is a good ‘shell’ to improve. Massive back yard too!

💡 Why we like it💡: 5-bed terraces for <£100k just don’t come up that often no matter where you look in the country. As there’s no floor plan yet we cant speculate on any re-formatting potential but might be one to consider bringing back down to a 4-bed to increase value through improving comfort (yes, that is a thing!).

💡 Why we like it 💡: Listed as a 2-bed but the floorplan shows that it’s actually three. Bungalows are usually in high demand and this one looks like it could be a nice easy cosmetic refurb value-add in a nice quiet neighbourhood.
